Where do I send inserts for the conference bags?
Inserts need to be sent to Brisbane Grammar School by Friday 23 June and MUST have the correct delivery label attached which you can download below – this includes address details. If you do not use the correct label, we may not receive them!
What are the specs for my advert in the conference program?
Advertising specs are included in the Advertising Information sheet which you can download below.
When can I come and set up my trade display?
The venue will be available for you to set up from 11:30am – 2:00pm on Friday 30 June when the committee will be setting up. You can enter the school via via College Road and report to the Maintenance Department who will direct you to the venue. Once unloaded you may need to move your vehicle.
I have some goods to be delivered prior to the conference for my trade stall, where can I send them?
All items MUST have the correct label attached (download below) and can be sent to Brisbane Grammar School. If you do not attach the label your goods may not find their way to the correct place! Goods can be sent via courier in business hours on or after Tuesday 27 June and couriers/traders should initially report to the maintenance department, (Access Via College Road) for further delivery directions within campus. After the conference, we ask that you arrange to have pickups by 6pm on the Monday if at all possible – and all goods MUST have the correct labels attached.
